When to expect Wreckfest 2 on Xbox and PS5 consoles
Wreckfest 2 is now available in Early Access on PC. But when should we expect the game to be released for the latest generation of consoles? You can find it out right here.

Wreckfest 2 is a sequel to the 2018 racing game. What distinguishes this title from others is its simcade character, which in this case is a combination of accessible gameplay with a high level of realism when it comes to physics. The original game appeared on virtually all platforms, even on Android and iOS. It is known that Wreckfest 2 will also be available on more than one device. Console release is confirmed, as we can browse dedicated store pages on Xbox and PlayStation. However, we do not know the exact date yet… Let’s talk about it.
Wreckfest 2 – PS5 and Xbox release explained
Wreckfest 2 has been available in PC Early Access for several days now. As of today, the title has garnered 74% positive reviews on Steam out of about 1,600 opinions. This is quite a success for an Early Access production. So, it's no surprise that some fans of the series wonder when Wreckfest 2 will also be released on PS5 and Xbox.
As for the answer to that question, unfortunately, you'll have to be patient. Wreckfest 2, like the previous part, will be released on the aforementioned platforms, which is good news. The snag is that we will have to wait until its full premiere, at least it can be assumed that way according to developers' hints. This is very common when it comes to EA games, to release them on other platforms only after the launch of version 1.0. According to the note on Steam, developers set an ambitious goal to bring their game to the final state within 12 months. It's worth noting, however, that the process can be longer, depending on community .
