Microsoft 365 is a central tool for numerous people. For many Word and associated services became the main working environment. So, it's not surprising that if something doesn't work properly, we start to panic. Especially if the issue is serious and it seems to be that way in this case, as s lose their access to Microsoft 365 Office.

Microsoft 365 Family subscription has been cancelled? Don't panic

To be honest, the situation is far from being comfortable. I, and probably many other people, was quite stressed when the warning about expired subscription appeared on the screen. However, it looks like the issue is much more serious than a "me" problem. There are multiple reports of other s who are also cut off from the service. We can read many comments describing this error on Reddit.

The good news is that Microsoft already knows about the problem. Moreover, it was posted on the official X profile that they are investigating the error. So, it is a matter of time before it should be solved. Hopefully, the solution will come quickly, as writing articles in a Notebook will not work in the long term.

It looks like Microsoft 365 is quite unlucky recently, as if we believe Downdetector, this is the second major breakdown in the past 24 hours. Let's hope for the best.
