Where to look for the Com?
The com occurs in larger gravity anomaly fields. You will recognize them by the leaves and stones levitating around one spot. The location we have checked where the com appears is Buryakivka, an abandoned village located in the north-eastern part of the Rostok region.
In some locations, the type of artifact you can find is random. If you don't come across the rare artifact, try loading the save or wait for the artifact to respawn in that place after the emission.
- When approaching the anomaly field, pull out the scanner and bolts.
- Carefully navigate around the field, neutralizing dangerous points by throwing bolts.
- Don't rush. Go very carefully.
- When you are caught in a gravitational anomaly, try to "pull yourself out" by jumping.
- When the scanner points you to the right place, be ready to catch the escaping artifact. They like to appear and disappear quickly.
What does the Com give?
The com provides you with maximum protection against physical damage. This means that Skif equipped with a Com is able to withstand significantly more physical damage.
Unfortunately, a side effect of equipping the Com is a fairly rapid and steady increase in radiation. Therefore, try to "wear" the artifact only at specific, dangerous moments, when you are in great danger. Then reduce the radiation level by drinking vodka or using appropriate medicaments.
