As you've probably suspected, you will have to return to Jaylor in order to inform him about your victory over Margo. Approach his cell and press the action key. As a result Riddick will give Jaylor the gold tooth. Jaylor will now share the combination to his stash. Go to your left and use the control on the wall [#453] to open the stash. Take a screwdriver.

You must now return to the area where you've found the med station and killed the first guard by landing on him. Inspect the floor and you'll find a small hatch [#454]. Pressing the action key will allow Riddick to unlock this new ageway. Head inside and begin moving forward.
