As you've probably noticed, you'll be given a chance to finish some of the subquests. Start off by taking to Twotongue in section D [#257]. Exchange your 20 moths for a cigarette pack (23 -Basilica Interior Design 10). Go to section C and find Wilkins. He won't give you any packs, but you can count on a few credits. Finally visit Jamal-Udeen in section B. He should give you a cigarette pack (24 - Small Alien) for completing his quest. Proceed to the Feed Ward.
