Combat Mission: Final Blitzkrieg - Downfall is an expansion to a 2016 strategy game, Combat Mission: Final Blitzkrieg. It was developed by the same studio as the base game, Battlefront.com.

Plot

As the title suggests, Combat Mission: Final Blitzkrieg - Downfall is set near the end of World War II. We can play on both sides of the conflict, leading Allied British, Canadian and Polish forces or try to desperately tip the scales in 's favor.

Mechanics

Combat Mission: Final Blitzkrieg - Downfall doesn't change the mechanics in any major way. The game is a hybrid of an RTS and a turn-based strategy, having us issue commands to our units in active pause mode, then watch the results in real time.

The expansion introduces 24 new missions, making up three story campaigns. The unit roster includes such tanks as the Comet and M26 Pershing. There are also 10 brand-new scenarios and many new maps to do battle on.
