CD Projekt RED is Not Coming to PAX East 2020
CD Projekt RED informed that it will not appear at PAX East 2020 in Boston. Although no official reason was given, one can guess that the decision was made because of the COVID-19 coronavirus threat. A similar step was taken by PUBG Corporation.

CD Projekt RED will not appear at PAX East 2020, which will take place in Boston from February 27 to March 1. There is no explanation as to why such a decision was made, but one can guess that it is related to the COVID-19 coronavirus. The information was provided by the head of the company's communication department, Stephanie Bayer.
A similar decision was made by PUBG Corporation, the studio responsible for the battle royale shooter Playerunknown's Battlegrounds.
"We will be rescheduling this plan for an event, once the coronavirus is under control and travel returns to normal," reads the announcement (via GameSpot).
The list of companies that will not appear on PAX East 2020 is growing every day. In addition to the entities mentioned above, it includes Sony, among others, resigned from the event) and Mobile World Congress (the fair was cancelled by the organizers).
