Cyberpunk 2077 Will Bring Big RT Guns to GDC 2023
We have learned the first details related to CD Projekt's participation in this year's Game Developers Conference. The company, together with Nvidia, will present the Ray Tracing: Overdrive graphics mode in Cyberpunk 2077.

Even though Cyberpunk 2077 already captivates players with its undeniably beautiful graphics, this does not mean that there is no room for improvement in this field. Perhaps soon CD Projekt RED's game will delight us even more with its appearance. Nvidia's RTX Path Tracing technology is supposed to help.
So far, we could only see a sample of its capabilities on the September trailer for Ray Tracing Mode: Overdrive. Gamers, who have been waiting for more news about the groundbreaking technology since then, will hopefully receive a large dose of information in a few days.
As we read in the announcement posted on GDC website, On March 22, during Game Developers Conference 2023, Nvidia will present the first demo using the technology in Cyberpunk 2077 in real time. The event, "Cyberpunk 2077 RT: Overdrive - Bringing Path Tracing into the Night City," will be attended by Jakub Knapik, art director from CD Projekt RED, and Pawel Kozlowski, senior programmer and technology engineer at Nvidia.
It is worth adding at the end that a few days ago S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
