GTA 6 Seen Through Various Leaks, Rumors and Frustrations
Players still do not get any official information about Grand Theft Auto VI. Fans can't help but follow the leaks or return to more interesting reports, which could reveal anything about GTA 6.

- Reddit CoryLVV summarized a batch of relatively reliable and interesting information about Grand Theft Auto VI;
- The recalled the data found in game files, teasers, resumes, etc., as well as prominent leaks.
While browsing through the Internet discussions of Rockstar fans, it's hard to resist the impression that GTA. Of course, most of them are not so much "doubtful" as "far-fetched", "outright false" or simply "funny". However, from time to time there is some information that may make you think. Some more interesting rumors were gathered by CoryLVV, who presented it briefly in an entry posted on Reddit. We have written about some of them on our website, but those who are interested in it (or want to refresh their memory) are welcome to read the following text.
GTA 6 in Resumes
One of the most important conditions for a leak to be considered 'credible' is to confirm the identity of the person posting it. Therefore, a lot of stir is caused by various mentions in documents, resumes or even on official profiles of actors, programmers etc. in social networking websites. This was the case with the entry of Tim Neff, a stuntman who worked on Grand Theft Auto V. Three years ago, his resume was supplemented with information that the actor also helped in the development of Grand Theft Auto VI.

Neff did not hesitate to deny this information in an interview with PCGamesN, because (as he claimed) since GTA V he hasn't had any with the game's creators. However, as Internet s pointed out, he somehow forgot to mention his confirmed visit at Rockstar San Diego headquarters that very year. Much later, the actor took part in another motion capture session and many quickly came to the conclusion that it was not related to any movie.
It is remarkable that the entries for both events allegedly recorded by Jorge Consejo back in 2018.
Rockstar in search of a location
A slightly different and more difficult to confirm report appeared in late 2019. At that time, a photo of an alleged letter (written by one Leah, surname not mentioned) was ed to the web, in which the issue of the recipient's property being examined by Rockstar Games team for its new game was discussed. The material appeared out of nowhere, which made us doubt its authenticity. At least until a GTA Forums known as Len Lfc had not associated it with some material published on YouTube a few months earlier.
During a podcast in May 2019, Leah Sokolovsky (president of the non-profit organization Film Florida) mentioned a "big client" in the form of a "digital media company". As part of this order, she showed the client's representatives around many places in Florida and other south-eastern states. Sokolovsky could not reveal the company's name, but it is difficult not to link it to the letter. This still cannot be considered as confirmed information, but it is one of the most reliable leaks on Rockstar's new project.
Teasers, non-teasers?
Unfortunately, such direct and relatively credible references to GTA 6 are few and far between. Much more often there are reports that can be considered enigmatic clues at best or signs of fan desperation at worst. A crowning example here is Grand Theft Auto Online. After entering these coordinates in Google, we see a road, which, according to some people, was misleadingly similar to the Roman number "VI".
Another example of a dubious teaser was an ment of the 54th edition of the Super Bowl. During the broadcast of this year's championship in American football, BBC and Fox Sports used an interface that was all too clearly modelled on that of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. A comparison from Reddit published by IsThatOrangeGuy leaves little doubt about the inspiration.
Interestingly, at the same time, Rockstar posted (and soon reasons.
What's hidden in GTA 5 (and beyond)
Search for teasers of GTA VI's imminent announcement in resumes, blog entries, etc., although understandable, may distract attention from clues found in Rockstar's other, already available games. Even if fans have recently started talking about the game files of found references to weapons that can hardly be used in a Western setting, and the code lines seem to rule out it being new content for GTA V.
This is funny because these fragments were present in the game code from the very beginning, but the players somehow missed it. The same ones who about the game and the difficulties caused by the coronavirus.
Of course, the clue was also found in the latest update for Grand Theft Auto 5's online mode. The fact that El Rubio, who is being robbed by the players, is clearly inspired by Carlos Lehder (co-founder of the famous Medellín Cartel and Pablo Escobar's right hand) was seen by earlier theories, according to which the sixth Grand Theft Auto will offer us a setting similar to the Narcos series. However, these are only speculations, and although they may turn out to be true, at this point it is better not to consider them as nothing more.
Leaks and speculation about GTA 6
Treating updates, coordinates and doors at airports as teasers of the new GTA can be regarded as far-fetched, but at least all this really exists in the game (or on materials related to it). The same applies to the change on the GTAVI.com website, which since March no longer includes a direct reference to the official Rockstar website. This, unfortunately and contrary to many hopes, did not translate into an imminent announcement of the game.

But what would speculation be without a large dose of leaks, the source and credibility of which cannot be confirmed? quickly emerged, although it was somewhat shaken by the findings of other s.
Unfortunately, the truth is that after collecting at least a few reliable reports about Grand Theft Auto VI we know pretty much nothing about the game. What's worse, that's still infinitely more than Rockstar Games has provided. The studio hasn't given us any details about the sixth installment, limiting itself to the (rare) frustrates the fans who have been waiting for the new installment of GTA for over 7 years. Will they have to wait a whole decade before - if we believe the leaks - they can return to Vice City? Only the creators know that.
