Xbox One Will Run Next-gen Games Through Streaming
Will it be possible to run games from the Xbox Series X/S on the Xbox One? Of course not, but Microsoft plans to change that with its Xbox Cloud Gaming service.

The possibility of using streaming technology to run demanding video games on weaker devices is usually discussed in the context of personal computers. But why not use this solution on consoles? Apparently, that's the question the Xbox team has asked itself. Microsoft Microsoft Flight Simulator:
"For the millions of people who play on Xbox One consoles today, we are looking forward to sharing more about how we will bring many of these next-gen games, such as Microsoft Flight Simulator, to your console through Xbox Cloud Gaming, just like we do with mobile devices, tablets, and browsers.".
Unfortunately, the information was only briefly mentioned during the announcement wrapping up the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase. So absolutely no details of this initiative were given. Perhaps we'll hear more about it during Microsoft's additional show, which will take place tomorrow at 10 AM PT, but it's a slim hope.
