PlayStation 5 More Efficient Thanks to Latest Update
It looks like PS5's performance can be improved with the usual updates. This is evidenced by the recently released patch.

A few days ago the PlayStation 5 console received a driver Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition).
According to the creators of the said channel, PlayStation 5 recorded a performance increase of about 3%. This applies only to certain titles and is most likely due to improvements in the operation of virtual machines and the cooling system. This difference is almost imperceptible from the perspective of an ordinary , but it shows that Sony intends to improve the console through driver updates.
This is in line with previous announcements by the Japanese manufacturer. In 2020, Yasuhiro Ootori, one of the designers of PlayStation 5, announced in an interview for 4Gamer (via TweakTown) that the operation of the console (e.g. its fans) will be optimized through firmware. These changes were to be made with specific titles in mind, as in the case described above.
For now, Sony has provided its gamers with a performance boost that seems to be just a curiosity. However, it is possible that in the future the differences will go beyond the imperceptible 3%.
