Share your Scrap Mechanic creations via Steam Workshop
Creative sandbox game Scrap Mechanic has now received Steam Workshop . The project is currently in Steam Early Access and will stay there for some time.
A recent Steam Early Access hit Scrap Mechanic has received Steam Workshop . This multiplayer sandbox game allows players to design their own mechanical vehicles and machines, and with this new feature share their blueprints with other s or someone else’s creations, some of which are really neat. The new Workshop feature also allows you to save and build saved creations. In order to do this you have to literally use the lift in the game – the process is described here. The game is currently on sale at a 20% discount – for a couple of more hours you can get the Early Access version for $15.99 on Steam.

The current build of Scrap Mechanic offers the sandbox Creative Mode, in which players can use the creative building mechanics to create their own marvels of engineering. The next step for the development team at Axolot Games is to complete the Survival Mode. This one is planned to add the ability to scavenge and take down buildings, a day and night cycle, huge open world, enemies to defeat, and lots of new parts and tools. Unfortunately, no release time window has been announced so far.
