Turok 3 Remaster Delayed by 2 Weeks
Nightdive has announced a delay in the release of Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered. Fortunately, it will not be large.

We have Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered, the revamped version of the FPS that debuted in 2000 on the Nintendo 64 console.
- The remaster's release has been delayed until November 30, this year.
- This is not a big delay - after all, the game was originally scheduled to debut on November 14.
- Recall that the remaster is heading for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
The release of Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered is especially heavily awaited by PC gamers, as the original never lived to see a PC version. It is one of only two installments in the series that have not yet arrived on PC - the other is the multiplayer-oriented Turok: Rage Wars.
Nightdive, a studio specializing in such projects, is responsible for the remaster. Previously, the team refreshed the first two installments of the series, releasing Turok 2: Seeds of Evil Remastered. Both projects have been warmly received, with 95% and 93% positive reviews on Steam, respectively.
Compared to the original from Nintendo 64 Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion Remastered will offer numerous improvements, including anti-aliasing, bloom effects and ambient occlusion, dynamic shadows or motion blur. We will also get more detailed environmental elements and character and weapon models. On PC and the most powerful consoles it is expected to be possible to play at 4K resolution and 120 frames per second.
