Given that our new home most often will not meet our expectations, we need to devote some time to furnishing and decorating it with the items we like. The game allows us not only to choose from ready-made furniture, but also to assemble it ourselves from available elements. There's also a unique function based on the "prompts" we enter - it generates textures with a given theme, and then allows to cover walls and floors with them. Apart from that, we can modify the layout of the rooms, place windows and doors ourselves, or even add something to our house.

Life simulation, relations with NPCs

Once we have a place to live, we can finally focus on our virtual life. Similar to other games of this type, our characters have to go to work (it's up to us to decide which career path they choose) and we must satisfy their various needs (they have to cook, eat, exercise, clean or take care of personal hygiene). The game allows to automate certain aspects of their lives, so they can visit specific locations (like the office, shop or park) according to the schedule set by us.

The relationships with other characters also play an important role in the game. The protagonist can make friends and attend social gatherings and parties, or on the contrary - make enemies, and even participate in fights. We can also meet the love of our life in the game and have offspring. As is commonly known, having children does not necessarily mean giving up pleasures, but we still have to devote as much time as possible to them (and above all - get up early in the morning, because that's what responsibility entails).

Graphics

Unlike The Sims series, inZOI focuses on realistic, detailed graphics.

Creative Studio

The authors of the game released an extensive character creator before the premiere of inZOI. It's called Creative Studio and it's offered for free, working as a demo of what the full game will offer. The tool gained great popularity on Steam, although it was available for a limited time.
