Take-Two has confirmed that the release of Grand Theft Auto 6 in the fall of 2025 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles remains unthreatened. The CEO of the company, Strauss Zelnick also highlighted this during a meeting with investors, in addition to the information being included in the report itself, which is available on the official website of the American publisher.
When Rockstar Games finally confirmed the precise release date for the sixth installment. Nonetheless, fans were worried about potential delays, even after the recent confirmation that the voice actors' strike wouldn't affect the development of GTA 6.
During the discussion with investors, Zelnick hinted that Take-Two Interactive is "open and excited about what the modding community can do with GTA” (via last year's decision to hire the creators of the famous roleplays from GTA 5 and RDR 2 by Rockstar Games is inevitable.
