This time the source of information is Tom Henderson, a popular online leaker. Previously, he shared his knowledge about announced on Twitter that the next installment will enable us to play as a female protagonist.
Now Henderson referred to the setting of the new GTA. According to him, the plot of the game will take place in the present day. He directly denied earlier information that it would take us to the 80s of the last century. This caused a big split in the comments under the post. Some people expressed satisfaction that the game would be close to today's realities. Others, however, were not happy with such a leak. Vice City fans, in particular, took it rather hard.
It must be ed that however reliable a source Henderson may be, these are still just rumors. Rockstar has not yet given any official information about GTA VI. The above leak should, therefore, be approached with caution.
