- Current assumptions may change due to the coronavirus.
Daniel Ahmad, an analyst from Niko Partners, informed on Twitter that both Sony and Microsoft have changed their plans to present ninth generation consoles in connection with the cancelation of this year's E3. Some of the events will take place a little earlier, others a little later - in short, the second week of June is no longer a key moment when everyone is fighting for the players' attention.
According to journalists of Video Games Chronicle, the presentation of the first games on PlayStation 5 can be expected in May and will most likely be the same for Xbox Series X. However, it is worth ing that the plans may be subject to further modifications due to the global epidemiological situation.
