Hideo Kojima returns and invites you to the beach
Death Stranding 2: On The Beach continues the storyline of Hideo Kojima's distinctive project, once again combining elements of an action-adventure game with unique storytelling. We're stepping back into Sam Porter Bridges' shoes as he takes on a new, even more dangerous mission in a post-apocalyptic world haunted by mysterious otherworldly beings. This time, the action focuses on new locations and threats, and the title "On The Beach" suggests a key role of the mysterious beach in the game structure.
Time for another timed exclusivity
Death Stranding 2: On The Beach will have improved exploration, transportation, and combat mechanics, as well as more complex relationships with other characters, both familiar from the first installment and completely new. The audiovisuals remain at the highest level, and Kojima's characteristic style combines philosophical considerations with surreal visions and cinematic quality of narration. However, won't the sequel just be a more elaborate SF courier simulator?
