How to change the appearance of my equipment?
To change the appearance of an item without changing its stats, go to the character menu. Once there, press the button visible on the right side of the screen labeled as Customize.

When you do this, the currently worn equipment item will change its appearance, but will retain the full set of its stats and properties. Equipment with applied transmog will be marked with a small star. If you want to restore the original appearance of an item, select the Reset option in the appearance change window.
In the case of headwear, you can also completely hide them. The protagonists will then look as if they were not wearing any headgear.
Changing the appearance of weapons is even more complex. In the transmog window, you will be able to freely mix elements from different weapons of the same type. You will have the option to change the appearance of the blade, handle, guard, and many others.
Finally, it's worth mentioning that you don't always need to have the item the appearance of which you are using in your inventory. Once an item is found, it is added to the catalog, which you can use for this purpose.
