Can you buy Ectoplasm?

1. Ectoplasm can be purchased, but not from every merchant. You need to visit alchemy shops, for example the Main Ingredient - it is a shop in the Market District of the Imperial City.

1. Ectoplasm may be available at the alchemy shop, but it's not guaranteed. Additionally, the merchant may list only a limited number of items (e.g. only 1 Ectoplasm, as in the example). Hence, this is not a good method if you need more of it at once.
