Table of Contents

This page of the TES IV Oblivion Remastered guide has an interactive world map - the land of Cyrodiil, which you can freely explore. Our map shows locations such as: Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, Thieves Guild, Arena, Dark Brotherhood, Cities, Settlements, Forts, Caves, Landmarks, Mines, Daedric Shrines, Rune Stones, NPCs, Quests, Points of Interest, Ayelid Wells, Camps, Oblivion Gates and Ayleid Ruins. This will allow you to find and visit 100% of the important locations on the Cyrodiil map from Oblivion Remastered.

Our interactive map can also help you in exploring the world in the original version of Oblivion. The remaster did not introduce any changes to the layout of the locations.

Fighters Guild, Mages Guild

Our interactive map shows the locations of the two most important guilds in Cyrodiil. This will help you the Fighters or Mages faction more quickly and start doing guild quests.

Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood

These are two of the better hidden factions. Our interactive map shows you the locations for ing the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood. This will allow you to do quests for them.

Arena

From our interactive map you can read the location of the fighting arena, where you can engage in a series of fights and ultimately face the Grand Champion.

Elven Ruins / Ayleid Ruins

These are multi-level dungeons in which you will encounter many traps and enemies, usually skeletons. They are worth visiting, because you can find Welkynd and Varla stones there, which are quite valuable resources.

Camps, Forts

Camps and ruined forts are usually hideouts of bandits and other, usually hostile creatures. You can also often enter the latter to explore all their rooms. This may mean more combat, but also an opportunity to obtain loot.

Caves, Mines

Each cave and mine may vary in layout, size, rewards and enemies. Nevertheless, it is worth visiting them to get richer.

Cities, Settlements, Inns

Cities are the largest locations in the game - they include Imperial City, Anvil, Bruma, Skingrad, Bravil, Cheydinhal and Chorrol. There you can meet many NPCs, do some shopping, rest, accept quests and generally feel safe (usually).

Our map also shows locations of smaller towns and villages. You can also find inns that offer the option to rest after paying a fee.

Ayleid Wells

These are magical locations that, when interacted with, allow you to obtain a temporary buff.

Magical Stones

From our map you can find out where to look for large magical rocks. Interacting with them may mean temporarily raising your stats or obtaining a magical weapon or armor piece for a certain period of time.

NPCs, Bosses

We have marked the most important NPCs on the map, i.e. those you have to meet during quests and other important activities. We have also marked a selection of unique bosses that you can encounter in quests or during free exploration.

Quests

Our interactive map will allow you to determine where to start the most important quests - mainly quests related to the main storyline. This will make it easier for you to locate important quest locations.

Daedric Shrines

Thanks to our map, you can learn where to find the Daedric shrines. In these locations you can interact with altars and make offerings.

Oblivion Gates

We have marked the Gates to Oblivion on the map - in each of these locations you can go through the portal and reach the place where you need to collect a Sigil Stone. Most Oblivion Gates unfortunately appear randomly, but the locations where they can be activated are predetermined.

Points of Interest

We have prepared various additional markers related to, among others, unique loot or interesting locations without their own marking in the game. This will allow you to get the most out of your exploration of Cyrodiil.
